Key Systems, Inc is the leader in asset and key control. Key Systems, Inc products integrate with OnGuard through GFMS software, providing real-time tracking of key and asset transactions and movements as well as control over which employees and visitors have access to those assets.
The integration allows the following:
- Control access to keys and assets via access levels or a cardholder drop-down role.
- Real-time synchronization of cardholder, visitor, and badge data from OnGuard to GFMS and Key Systems, Inc devices.
- View all GFMS events in OnGuard, including removals and returns of all assets, alarms, door opens.
- Automatically deny access to doors when a badge holder has not returned her keys
- Segmented OnGuard system (starting OnGuard 6.6)
