Savance EIOBoard Electronic In Out Board is a simple and easy-to-use electronic in/out board solution that allows employees to sign in and out of the office as they come and go. The IOBoard system updates instantly based on OnGuard events generated as employees use their badges at access control readers. Employees can easily view who is in the office and who is not, using a computer browser or a mobile device.

Capabilities of the interface:

Using EIOBoard, customers will be able to:

• Import OnGuard users into EIOBoard using UserSync
• Import OnGuard Readers into EIOBoard using DoorSync
• Import OnGuard Access Granted events into EIOBoard using EventSync
• Assign Location and Status information to synced doors
• View status changes in EIOBoard from access events in OnGuard using the EBConnector
• Have doors and users sync automatically with EIOBoard via EventSync
• View real time status of users’ whereabouts based on their last badge scan and have that update their employee’s status
